spawn camping usually means fuciking the enemy near his own spawn, like throwing nades or sniping him down within the first seconds of spawning.

what you described is "camping at spawn". :o)
which is not better, we talked about that earlier:
holding positions is fine, defending is good, but only if you advance if possible. and that's a give on these positions...

Camping at these places his *horrible*. People deserve what they got, really few frags... Ok maybe it could be useful to camp there in some situations, for example to prevent a skilled player to pass the roof, which can cost a lot of frags to your team.
The worse I've ever seen was in bomb mode, someone in red team camping at this place near the red base, waiting for people with his SR8... what a noob :/

Pharaoh what is your /sensitivity ? Very low isn't it ?

I did not expect a so fascinating and fascinated discussion.

Thanks to all for your contributions making my long tunnel oxygenated and lit. I can see now the end and my knowledge about the subject is better

thanks to you all.

Just to irritate some :lol: , the HK 69 is a good weapon to dislodge campers.
It is for that reason that I am a fan of this weapon of the hell, because waking campers is a practicable objective with the "lances-potatoes".

It is true as well as on certain servers, you get automatically kicked after a few seconds of inactivity!

In brief, here's still another subject to meditate (to be in the philosophy of this great FPS that we all love).

HK 69 is the answer

I agree HK69 is good for anti-camping, but unfortunately sometimes

True, HK69, smokes and tac can all be useful and good, but there are noobs who use them just for spamming and destroying game. With 10 totally non-tactical smokes, 5 HK users and 10 campers with tac. goggles, game is unplayable.

Right HK69 is cool to evict campers, but on a 50 slots server hmm... maybe we could enable it on some map, as long as we don't enable smokes =)

Ok it doesn't surprised me, you seemed to move your mouse a lot when I spected you. Even with a high dpi mouse it's still low.

Of all things that CAN be in the game, the lowest of the lowest are smokes. I have nothing against people throwing a smoke ;) somewhere to get a tactic advantage, but the number of noobs/people who want to ruin the game is far more than that.
