punishments (or better: who i punish) is not random, just how hard the punishments are is a bit random at times.

same here, somtimes I warn 4 times, sometimes I slap 25 times, but mostly, people just dont listen, no matter what you do.
If I cant be arsed to warn them repeatedly, knowing they wont listen anyway and I really want to play myself, I kick or ban or nuke a lot so they quit themselves because they are fed up.

Same here, when i'm in bad mood campers get tb for day without problem and detailed checking, if i'm in good mood its just warn.
