another easter egg is right of the position from where you made the sceenies and another one was maybe next to alley timbers? (not sure about the last one)

and the last 2 is at the red resparm the open window

If you follow the leftmost path from the blue spawn, under the arches, and go through the fence straight in front of you (i.e. not take the right turn towards the market), and follow the tunnel, at tunnel's left wall at the end is a part of some comic with some duck...

Edit: if you follow the RIGHTMOST

(i.e not take the LEFT turn towards the market)

I don't know why I messed up the left and right...
