I think he means the one between the close to the elevator. You leave red spawn to the left, over the rooftop (with the glass on top) jump to the right on that small deck from where you can throw nades to the blue spawn. If you turn around to the red spawn, where the bridge is, you can look at the roof. There you can see players on the roof through a small piece of the roof.

Yeah, I was a bit confused after posting, because I marked it red on my screenshot, then I saw yours and was like "wtf, where is my red circle?!" until I noticed it's not the screenshot I posted...
