i guess wursti or someone else works on the page, thats why this happens. because i get that message, too.

oki i updated the recent ban list again, including deactivated and permanent bans.
i completely rewrote the table and query, now its running whole lots faster.

admin actions from echelon get assigned to the right ingame admin/phpbb user now, aditionally blinky filtered that records out from "automatic bans"
