low performance

hello guys I just moved to England and now I've got a shitty broadband connection.
Is there an effective way to get performance that enables me to play Urt or should I just stop playing for a year wich would be very sad? I've tried a lot of setting stuff but it didn't help.
Hope you can help me.

Try to figure out of your provider can somehow disable interleaving for your connection (assuming it is not already disabled).
That would dramatically increase your connections response time, you might be charged a small monthly fee for that as an additional service though. Providers tend to sell it as an extra for gaming, while enabled interleaving is actually the extra service that should be paid for, not disabling it
Providers have different names for that service. In Germany the Telekom sells it as "FastPath", disabling interleaving. That's all there is to it. Maybe your provider has not disabled it yet, if you're lucky you can book it as an extra service and increase the gaming performance.

Not very far I have the fastest possible connection but it still doesn't work.

I doubt it's any of the below problems, but anyway:

Do you connect to modem/router via a LAN cable, an USB cable or wireless?

I know my experience has improved drastically when I switched from WLAN to LAN (between me and the ADSL router). And I know that USB networking is a desperate solution.

Also, might a firewall be blocking you?

Also try using network address translation (NAT) to camouflage your port. Maybe your provider is limiting the port the game uses.
