Oki guys, maybe u seen it allready.
Theres nationalflags within the stats somehow:

So WTF? Are we nationalists now?
No, sure no but the machine collect the data by using php geoip extension in combination with maxmind geoip files.

SvaRox coded a B3 plugin for that, on connect the Players get located.

I made a little Import to locate all the 94.000 clients that were in DB before.
Everythings done, so allmost all users have a Localisation.

Plans:
1.) Show the visitor on the stats the Distance to the Player hes just watching (maybe nice for making friendship)
2.) Find a senseful way to allow users remove their Flag and/or Localisation Info (Privacy/Political Reasons...)

btw:
the plugin has some ingame options, for sure svarox can inform u and/or zip it somewhere...

You can know a player's location ingame by typing !locate <playername> (as usual you can use part of the player name or player ID too).
For those who care about their privacy, as Wurst said we are working on a way to prevent players from being located (both ingame and on stat pages).

Nice work SvaRoX and wursti! I will check out the !locate command the next time I'm on the battlefield... The nearest-player-feature sounds cool, from the flash world map I know that at least screek is like me from Berlin, too.

I know who's closest player to me. One meter from me, in same room on his laptop i see Natirips. Plz don't !rlnuke him since i'll get damage!

!rlnuke ok no problem, if someone could give me some nuke activation code What scares me most is the debugging part ;p
Btw I coded a mass slap/mass nuke plugin some times ago to slap a team in particular or the whole server, but I didn't uploaded because it's useless and dangerous... Imagine a !mnuke all 1000 on a 30ppl server, with 1 second pause between each nuke, that would nuke people for about 8 hours non stop (ok I could constraint the amount parameter :p)
