didn't know about the !tb being a alias for !tempban, that's really usefull

also, if you wanne kick/ tempban there's some shortcuts for the echoed reason to the user:

!kick somename tk == !kick somename stop team killing!
!kick somename language == !kick somename Rule #8: No profanity or offensive language (in any language)
