.014 was released yesterday; this is mainly a bugfix release, including fixes to the client (system cursor being shown under some cirumstances), making some cvars work the way they were intended again, fixing those ancient timer bugs in matchmode (hot potato after timeout is still there though), and unfucking joining and re-joining teams. Also, Windows users can now paste into any UI field now (I’m a bit unsure about other OSes).

4.2.015 released, freshly haxx0r-proofed auth is now back.

Notable changes include ut_itemuse now supporting strings (nvg, silencer, laser), the ability to shuffle teams on the fly (g_shuffleNoRestart), client-side command to clearly identify bots (cg_exposeBots, grays out their names), cg_drawMapLocation that shows your current location next to your health/damage display, and cg_killSound that plays a clearly identifiable sound when you kill someone (currently the sound is a bit funny and you might want to keep it off).

The ability to walljump while sliding down stairs is now back (or so I hear, no idea how to do this:-P), current nextmap is displayed during map votes, and if you think using radio menu is a great idea, you can now select calls without switching weapons at the same time (number row binds are disabled while the menu is open).

Oh, and a new map by Nounou: let’s just say it’s something that would work just fine for a 30+ player TDM.

4.2.016 released. Notable fixes and changes:

  • dmaHD is now forced to 44 kHz — don’t update the client if you don’t want this
  • no more Mr(s). badinfo
  • fixed the issue where occasionally wrong auth name would be displayed on the scoreboard
  • fixed kicking 999 players
  • skeet map reloaders work again
  • updated animations (largely same though)
  • added pink and blue brony skins
  • you can lock the skin selection now (red stays cowboy and blue green even if you change teams)

they added humans instead bots, the servers are full with people!
thats what i asked for fs!
