weird playerstats

In my playerstats are some dates (07.03, 09.03, 10.03) listed.... That looks weird to me because I wasn't at home at 07.03 and I'm pretty sure I also didn't play on 9th/10th of march.

Is that normal?

Are the informations saved via IP or via nick?

Afaik other than some bans, only matching of your forum account to your XLR stats is done via IP. That matches all your stats or none of them, and when it mismatches you, a later re-match restores everything as though it never mismatched. It merely sets which stats to display in the forums next to your posts.

If you weren't at home, was maybe someone else playing on your computer?

P.S.: As for in-game nick, pretty much everything on DSWP is immune to nick changes and/or coincidents (with perhaps exceptions such as bind x "!slap someplayername" .cfg lines).

and again... I didn't play today yet and yesterday I played nearly as much as on 13th of march.

It seems like somebody doesn't like my stats :/

It seems like the machine is going full retard lately. Me and my brother MajkRex (as an example) are completely messed up.

Also, as a test I tried making a new virtual machine (a simulated computer) with it's own UrT installation, and the stats for a brand new installation said:

RandomIdiot plays here since 15.03.2013
Connected 1 times on this serwer,
Last online in Game on 15.03.2013, 12:05 h
And has not registered with B3 yet!
Register as a User: While ingame type !register in chat.

Yet, the month graph shows I played before I started playing here with that installation:

Edit: MajkRex's in-game kills and deaths are being counted into my old stats (which are still linked to my forum account), and my stats are being counted into random stats pages and sometimes not counted at all.

And, yes, he downloaded and installed his own UrT copy on his own computer, so it's not like we're sharing a computer or something.

What I find weird is that this "should" only happen when playing via the same IP. Which would make sense with you (natirips) and your brother but this looks like Cauca is not alone... well one thing is for sure its getting spooky

If not, if you are, for example in dorm or there is other PC in your home, bot could think they (othe players from same network) are you. Also, if you have unprotected WLAN, soumebody could have used it (thought he would have lag probably...)

It is also possible, if you logged into dswp forum somewhere else (in school/work/cafe) and somebody played there at that time (or before or after) and bot matches them.

Not alone but I'm definitely the only one playing ut and yes the network is pretty save.

I do only log in @home nowhere else.
Maybe I logged in at university once but with my laptop and not my gaming pc. So McDoooof have to be at my university and in the university-network
(in case I realy logged there in).

So yes: this is spooky.
