This guy was banned by several people, me among them first for being a nazi, then evading ban and coming back and being a wiseass. so.. we do an ip range on this one?

So, I just found out that this dude - which was evading ban several times and got banned several times, didnt even hav to change his ip for that. So can we ban his ip? then its fixed..

He changes guid each time, but not ip, so banning that shud be enough. no idea how tho.

Connecting several times from the same IP doesn’t mean he wouldn’t change it tomorrow (*.22.195 today, *.25.104 and *.27.243 for earlier 'sploders, plus another I_poke_cows from *.29.32).
