Hi all!!

Sometime ago I talked with some dswp people about doing a recipes thread.
Today I made chocolate cookies :):):)

Ingredients:

Flour --> 3 cups
Sugar--> 1 cup
1 egg
Butter --> about 1 cup, too

Yeast --> 1 coffe spoon
Salt--> 1 coffe spoon
Chocolate as much as you want
Nuts as many as you want, too (I didn't have any this time)

Mix the flour, sugar, salt, yeast.

Melt the butter and mix with the egg and put all together with the remaining ingredients.
Cut up chocolate and nuts into small pieces and mix with the others ingredients.

Shape biscuits out of the mixture, apply some oil on the baking tray and put the cookies on it.

Preheat the baking oven to 180º C, and when it reached this temperature,
insert the baking tray and wait 15 minutes.

Inspired by your awesome COOOKIES!!! I give you
Summer Pasta con Pollo (maligno)
What you'll need for my easy and fresh tasting summer dish (serves four):

Ingredients:
500g pasta grano duro
500-600g boneless chicken breast
500-600g tomatoes
100-200g cherry tomatoes (optional )
1-2 green / yellow / red / magenta / cyan / whatever-you-can-find peppers
1 not-so-hot pepper
300-400g danish white double cream
100g grated aged hard cheese
50ml extra-ultra-super-virgin olive oil
5g dried basil
5g dried oregano
salt&pepper
If you have fresh basil & oregano that's better, if not, compensate the lack of taste of the dried one by putting a lot.

Put some water to boil with a pinch of salt, when boiling put in pasta and cook for 7-10 min. or until al dente.

Cut the chicken breast in medium sized pieces and put them in a pan with the olive oil, some salt and pepper.
Leave on small-medium heat until all the liquid that will form evaporates and it looks like this:

Meanwhile cut the tomatoes and peppers and add'em when the chicken is done, along with the basil and oregano. Cook them on medium heat for another 5 minutes (the tomatoes have to be almost fresh, medium cooked), add salt and pepper at the end.

On a plate put pasta, add sauce, on top of that put some danish white cubes, grated hard cheese and a touch of fresh olive oil.
