but two things for the future: if you write a name into the demo filename, please make sure it actually matches the name of the recorded person. And please do not use spaces in the filename, urbanterror on Linux and I guess same at Mac, can't handle spaces in demo filenames (upper or lower letters when using the build in demo browser but you can fix this with the console).
The name was {TSG}Carmelo btw ;)

I can (on Ubuntu) only play demos from console. I con't even play default demo from in-game menu.....

yes, that's because of the upper/lower case problem, posix differences files and windows does not.
but spaces in general appear to freak it out
