yes, its rambetters fix, its the server. fancy firewall save energy atm.
now u can set the number fo milliseconds between getstatus responses, hardcoded in sources.
unfoutionatly i didnt succeed to exclude some adresses from this rule. like 192.168.*
sure its related to masterlist/visibility of the servers in masterlist.
a limit per IP would be another great idea id say.
last but not least the natrouter has that fancy https rest interface for adding rulez.

ye when its under attack.
we get then several M packets "getstatus" per second.
with a false (spoofed) sender address (the address of the victim)

now it answer 5x per second.
very unlikely that u (or the board) get a response when flood occour.
these things could be cached btw 1 day
