got banned today by me ingame but dont know if the ban will work cause b3 still fucked and it seems the DB is not working at all

ucf just reported that ingame ban runs again.
it was a prob with the "custom ban reason".
ucf implemented it to show them what they did wrong (in order to do it better next time...)
its a bigger thing then it seems.
ioquake needs to accept a reason, the B3 log parser needs some extra functionality etc.
However, after last update, this functionality was lost since the parser was updated too.
the bug happened while (re)implementing it in the new B3 versions URT log parser.
it was a prob with the "custom ban reason".
