Gaming Nick lost [not anymore]

So my urbanterror restoren itself to defaults and i had registered my gaming nick to this forum, so i cant register is to the new nick that i had to do.

Can anyone really help to register my new nick, cause its already registered for me in group users.

I noticed it hadnt restored all data, no problem anymore.

Thanks for all who helped in irc, it should be okay now, im not sure but it seems that.

theres a machine in background that assign in-game and forums accounts.
every time when theres an IP match, it will assign.

on "pre existing matches" (like u were) it will take the old stats and assign it to the new ingame account.
user rights will be taken over from the old account.

theres allmost no escape (exept maybe playing starcraft or wow etc).

we do this since we keep user groups in different machines in sync
(voice, chat and some else machines apply to this)
the base of authentication is in our case phpbb, cause its known to be well-maintained and pretty save.

the only problem that we have is multiple users connecting from one IP btw.

ah no, he just did reset to defaults in the config and since his name got changed he feared he had to re-register, but everything went fine ;)
