Docks is hard to ressurect. It was not reworked like all the other maps are, and as a result of that fact, if you try to use it then there are missing textures as well as sound bugs. (REALLY annoying permanent beep.)
I know that because I gave it a shot.

I figured it had something to do with porting, but it was more of a cry for help from sid to fix the damn map
I used to have immense fun on docks, been ages since I played it.
