About the chat logs: We do not need to go through any logs. We have our own admin tools for that A timestamp is sufficient and makes it easy to prove.
If anyone considers to abuse it: Using fake nicks is not an issue, you would have to use that persons GUID Good luck figuring that out.

@XTJ: i might have reason: this is not first time he insulted somebody. Moreover, he really has bad behaviour. When i first time banned him (where i did mistake) he didn't come with: "Hey, xtj unbanned me, i'm clean and would like to play"

Yes, no insult, but it's not nice behaviour. And not only time, too. If you check his echelon, even Jochen kicked him for insult. I've neveer seen Jochen giving random bans, it can't be accident. And rasta, dmmh and more people noticed it.

There is difference in insults. If you lived on Balkan, you would understand better.
I'll try to show levels of them for you:
You can say "cunt", "fag", "gay" or "noob" as normal word. Nobody won't be insulted that way, that's why pirat reacted like that. Everybody knows you don't want to make insult with this words.
When you say "bitch", "retard scum" or "fuckin bastard i hate you" you mean that and it is insult. But this words are bearable and most people won't react.

But when you say "I did your sister" or something with family, loved ones or just very hard insult, everybody will react. If you wouldn't it just means you have no feelings, and you don't love anybody (but youself?).

So try to watch what you say, and you should better know this: we know every single thing you said.

And i won't clear you until youu fix your behaviour.
