Besides the original reason for easter I must be assessed as very brand-conscious: I got five chocolate bunnies from Kinder®, Smarties®, Lindt®, KitKat® and Milka®!

Yeah, that's what we are celebrating. But I gave it second name: Eating Day, since it is something like that, at least at my place.

Well, you're supposed to get a day off (Monday after Easter), so it's happy. And, yes we're celebrating Jesus' victory against death aka ressurection, in the hopes that when we die our souls will be ressurected and keep on existing and living happily ever after (eternally) on the other world.
