UnnamedPlayer not in database = unbannable?

could not kick him, couldnt ban him... did not exist...

plus i have insufficient rights to !l ... if i would not have gotten him with !l, forget the last sentence.

i know that issue from q3.

when i enter

/name ""

in console, it writes "UnnamedPlayer" (which is the default Playername) in game.
The console say:

(the third Player in the list is me...)


Theres no B3 in Q3 but i know that its possible to pick that issue by player number.
to get a playernumber, use /playerlist in console.
Lets check how to forbid this empty names, hope theres some easy way in B3 to get those. In Q3 theres no sollution afaik.
