Well i applied for it long back.

the side has got an fault..... there is standing that admins have to be invited mods not....

Do as you wish. You have to wait, but some things may speed it up, like:
- Posting demos of cheaters on our server.
- Being nice to admins on server.
- Slicing more people.
- Paying as said.
- Coming to mumble and irc often.
