From the outcome I guess mixing lenny and sid(*) is worse than mixing sid and squeeze(**), as his system(*) got to a worse state than mine(**). I'm only Xgl-less, but everything else works.

It was so warm in the room yesterday as Aimme was compiling the kernel and genkernel.

As running Gentoo has proven to be literally more efficient than using an electric heater, I have decided my next move will be some minimalistic Linux distro as host, with almost nothing but VirtualBox, and I'll have a virtual Debian stable, virtual Debian unstable, and a virtual Gentoo for the sole purpose of heating up the room. But that will have to wait until February, as I have too much work to do now.
