new uplink

hey guys, all the time the server laged when there was a custom map appearing.
thas as cause the mapdownload means higher traffic for the machine.
now theres a 2nd ethernet linkup.

here some screenshot while loading ut4_desolate_rc1 with 17 players connected.
it shows what i meant:

I remember a new map came up that I had to download, (and so did alot of others), and the download rate was so low that I don't think I would've actually got to play the map. So I hit escape and retried a few times and the rate went up, otherwise I'd be stuck at a predetermined download rate which I thought was odd.

How come this game doesn't cache the maps/textures/music etc ? Well okay it does cache them but how come we don't get instant connections?
