Many people have heath bars like this. It typically happens when they have no alphanumeric&co. characters in their names.

I never heal those people.

Yeah these are the people who's health you cannot see, I give them a few "heals" in case they need it for good measure, I can't help it I have a healing OCD or something, maybe I was Jesus in a former life? I do say his name alot in game!

I used to heal them too before, but I realized you can't tell if you're helping at all so I stopped healing them. I can try and make frag instead in the meantime.
