Did the mapcycle bot overwrite the special mapcycle with stock maps only ? For example I just saw on the tdm server : 20 players -> ut4_desolate -> 13 players... I don't know if the map was voted or not, I'm just asking (by the way I hate this map =)

ye, ana told me talked about that. she fist started to remove the "reliable command was cycled out" -maps, then she tested to take off all custom maps for some hours. both trix worked out fine to stay with more players.
btw, shes very often on the server atm. its another thing that help against empty servers: the fill-it-urself-principle
ye, i think it will go ok. community is big enough in this case. usually on this point in urt, the thing breaks and starts from new.
thers a cool thing in urt masterlist: it works, theres no overload like in q3. its such a pitty that the client list dont do any auto refreshing, it would be ok to check the master at least once per week (in order to solve our problem...)
btw, its not the only cause. for the gametracker were new, for many others too. using dns names in urt would handle the problem at its root. (like set a specific g_dnsname value in server cfg) everyone could get the new IP, all systems support the dns. everyone uses this system allready, even my little sister does. (probably without knowing) gamers just dont...
