The demo is for me too short to clearly say, that he is walhacking. But it's of course suspicious...
I have to admit it happens sometimes (seldom) also to me, that I want to shoot and there is no ammu left in my magazine... :shock:

I've speced him in game, have demo somewhere, and he has wallhack. I wanted to ban him, bat he got away. Not for long :D
