It's not the unambiguity of the demo, it's the public proof.
You wouldn't be amused if you got convicted in court with
no evidence presented. :-)
In case you don't want to post the demo, at least a) keep a
copy of it on your local hard disk, and b) extend the ban
yourself, because without a demo, no-one knows what you
saw, no-one knows if you made a mistake in your assessment.
