Thanks for the demo!

I have yet to find the Right(tm) measure of banning
time, so I'm experimenting a little until it feels right.
And what feels right (currently) is a progression in
ban time for each time someone is caught cheating.

My current set of limits is:

1st time cheating: 30 days
2nd time cheating: 90 days
3rd time cheating: permban

So I gave this guy 90 days of contemplation break.
