no, real trick jumping is done with normal gravity; it's like using a aimbot in a online game, there's just no fun and skill involved using server side setting to get to those places.
from the looks of it the gravity is normal and I wouldnt expect anything else from these guys

bear in mind: I dont think those jumps are possible on the newer versions of the maps, but I might be wrong. There used to be some great trickjumps on algiers but they removed those as well
