Try to figure out of your provider can somehow disable interleaving for your connection (assuming it is not already disabled).
That would dramatically increase your connections response time, you might be charged a small monthly fee for that as an additional service though. Providers tend to sell it as an extra for gaming, while enabled interleaving is actually the extra service that should be paid for, not disabling it
Providers have different names for that service. In Germany the Telekom sells it as "FastPath", disabling interleaving. That's all there is to it. Maybe your provider has not disabled it yet, if you're lucky you can book it as an extra service and increase the gaming performance.
