So, theres a bit more life in here again

And some new people found their way into the forum too the past week.

I'm thinking, since competitive play has not been a dswp thing for a long while but we were relatively active in mumble and good teamplayers:
We could arrange a bit of "in-house" teamplay. (Nothing totally new, but maybe a bit more organized. So we do meet up like we did on bomb sundays some time ago.)
Everybody interested in something like this (not everybody HAS to be in mumble but would be nice) just say "im in", "yes", "cool", "I love you", "you have such awesome ideas zietsh", "ok", "oki", "hell yeah", "f*** yeah", "sure", "of course", "certainly", "count on me".
And hopefully we can arrange to meet up and play some rounds. Figure out what the best team-balances are.
Altogether 10 Players is already enough. Maybe even 8. (5v5 - 4v4). If we get more we could even get spontaneous tournaments (or some tdm and ctf.)

At anything from 10 and above we can make a quick small 2v2 tournament.
Reaching 12 to 15 and more we can start with 3 teams for ts or bomb competing in a small league based tournament.

Think of all the fun we can have without worrying about stats and cheaters!
And it would always only be an afternoon or evening of pure fun
No stress of these pr0-leagues. If we have a team dominating since we all "know" each other more or less we can just mix teams up a bit the next time. (Btw. like this we will keep getting better cause as wursti said it: When you are the best already you have no motivation to become better.)
(Oh and when people ask "can i join dswp, i am searching for a new clan - do you guys play competitive: We can just answer: No, but if you like, play in teams with us. Or just invite regular players to play with us. With no catch, no nothing just play.)



I know a thread or post like this comes from me every several months but I'm just not willing to give up!

we used to play bomb on sundays @ 20h CET for so many years.
Would be cool to use that datetime, most people have time then plus its a nice thing to shoot some people before capitalist week schlauch starting over again...

Sunday at 20.00 is not the best time for me. But i will try to be on the bomb-server for some Sundays.
