Actually, before prolonging that ban, I'd like to talk to
this guy about his language, just out of curiosity. Maybe
he doesn't consciously use that language. Or maybe he
does. Depending on his understanding (and following
behavioral change), I (personally) would ban him for up
to 180 days.
