I permbanned him/her under reserve(!), because
there are 4 Echelon entries for cheating, so it's
likely that he/she really cheated a few times on
our server.

Still, posting a demo would be nice, so if you

aimbot, visible i.e. at 9:36 in slo-mo (switching
from one enemy to another very stably/precisely),
and at 7:57, you see the typical
aim-everywhere-respawn.

Yep, think so, too. Look, for instance, at 6:45: Moving
around the enemy while shooting him with the crosshair
fixed at (more or less) a single pixel.
