Thats a small demo but looks like wh... what u think?

Maybe he has a wallhack, but I would much
more vote for autoshoot (plus a few manually
shot bullets maybe). Watch the demo with
/timescale 0.3 and you'll see the grounds for my
autoshoot suspicion.

For other demo watchers: The most "incriminating"
moment in the demo is at 5:52.

What argues against a wallhack is his waiting at
5:46, altough a wallhack should tell him that there's
no-one near the window anymore -- but
/r_shownormals does not necessarily reflect what
a real wallhack shows, admittedly.

He moves like a noob, but has a cat-like trigger
reaction, so all in all, I would say: He very
probably cheats, but for me, as a (mostly ;-)
careful in-dubio-pro-reo admin) the demo is too
short to tell for sure, so I would just add him
to the follow list and unban him.

But I'm sometimes maybe too cautious, so there's
probably nothing wrong in extending the ban to
30 days if you like. :-)

I decided to ban him for 30 days. If there is any problem I will unban him immediately.
