ye you have to setup cash out in advance or your money will be stuck, the fee of 15% before paypal is quite the nice cut as well for blizz
only solution to get your money out is to ask a friend to sell a crap item for the money you have in bnet, buy it and then transfer it back

I thought it was logical that when I deposit funds I can also withdraw them since that's sort of how this RMAH was supposed to work. Fuck logic, fuck blizzard. Maybe I should just buy these with all of the money. And then perhaps take the stuffing out, take a dump inside and send it back to blizzard.
