1. save somewhere on safe config file and qkey, delete them from your q3ut4 folder ... try to connect
2. if 1. doesn't help, try to reinstall game (you can save downloaded maps, so you don't waste your time downloading them again

). After reinstall try to connect, if everything is OK, copy back saved config file and qkey
