wacom is fucking awesome, only bad side is that you'll switch from gimp to Photoshop (at least i did).

(And btw. windows rules^^ though i have to admit i'm thinking about getting a new pc but with Ubuntu)

FYI, those are antonyms. I used windows for years before discovering linux, and now I regret every second I used windows.

i have used open suse for half a year and went back to windows....

edit:
the only Linux version that got me thinking (like i said) is Ubuntu which was quite fun on my dell laptop
