I remember;
to send smoke grenades,
when the administrators were more tolerant,
when he wanted to play,he had to wait to get

What "changed" is that we have a clearly written ruleset. Btw, spawnkilling is considered as a bad thing for a long time now.

IMO spawnkilling is only okay if the enemy is camping inside the spawn and doesn't leave it (i.e. snipers on uptown). Other mods and some admins may think otherwise.

P.S.: In 99% cases the kick message itself says it all. You are more than welcome to actually read the kick message. A kick message looks like this:

World is not perfect, wurst server too, but it shine when you want compare it to other TDM servers. Trust me or GTFO.
