The first IP address line makes no sense, if you have the second one also. :-)

In Germany, it might be illegal to post full IP, so better just use the .* one.

But yes, full IPs are technically illegal in Germany. I don't know how internet protocols work in Germany (maybe they use MAC addresses only) but that's how it is.

I wonder it they are going to make full name and surname to be illegal, or a full URI. Imagine if www.example.com/lol-example would become illegal. lol
