When you open that page you get player's stats. Mods and admins have a link that you don't have there which takes them to what's "behind the scenes" (in a way) for that player, and that I screenshoted for you since you cannot see that part. Else I would've posted just a link.

interesting thing is that that banned dude was banned somewhere in 2010 and we are already in 2011 for quite some time. when did u first find out you were banned, msargo?
And did u do anything in the meantime? change pc's, reinstall game, register, whatever?

If not, then I am inclined to say something went wrong in the almighty echelon/b3/whatever-dunno-how-you-call-it anticheat system. And someone who did actually cheat two times and is not you somehow got linked to your ip? =/

btw: how do we permban someone, ip or guid or.. how xactly?

Often users in echeleon get linked. Back in WC i had 3 people and their aliases linked to my ID.
Also did someone with RCON tried to manually remove his IP from the servers ban list .txt file?

As far as i can see the msargo played on the server third march 2011, its in his stats ?

Chances that msargo and msargo from 2010 are same are quite hard to say.. well the actually banned player was playing under Dr. Noobface nick and might use msargo's nick as a cover. If not then chances that msargo=msargo are high and there would be a problem why he could connect, and suddenly now not. It might be IP ban, when he get ban (we make an assumption he has static IP) his ISP would change something in infrastructure, he gets "unbanned", and now ISP change it back and BAM...
