What a stupid teammate!

Sorry, but we do not ban teamkillers for a month like we do with cheaters... Normally B3 takes care of TK and bans them for several minutes. In case he should come back and do it again and again, tell it an ingame admin or post here again and we make sure he gets what he deserves.

Yes, but it depends on the case for me. If someone constantly teamkills or attacks his teammates he gets a ban, also by me.

People sometimes teamkill because they are confused, newbies, want to take revenge for another teamkill or whatever stupid reason... Jägermeister had probably a really malicious teammate, but I myself don't like to ban for a month right away from Echelon with only a short demo.

Well the problem with tks is that you cant take long demos.
You start your demo when he killed you the first time. Then he has already 215 points.
Then he kills another one and is banned by the bot.

I think it is possible to see whether someone is new to the game/confused or tkilling on purpose.
If they are new they just start shooting at everything, but if they shoot controlled they cant be really new, can they?

In my opinion tkillers should be punished because they are as annoying as hackers.

but as you said it's two kills until they are gone, not really friendly for new players but well we can't see/ban every tker ingame or in echelon.

That's why there are nice kick messages so they might get a hint and play it out right after two minutes (or is it ten?) if they are new (and if they can read English).
