I'm too uneducated it seems. For what reason do they completely ignore Africa? Because they deny it? They don't know about it? They can't put it into the map without racial remarks? Aside of that it is quite funny, but I have no idea why they left it out

Probably the "bombs go here" part is supposed to be Africa, which thus appears much smaller than the America.

I have concluded that because they did not bombard us* (Balkans) as much as they have bombarded north-east Africa.

*Only a few churches and the stuff. AFAIK not one hospital or a military target was ever bombarded by Americans here. Maybe one or who hospitals, I don't really know.
