Ok, i played once or twice on wurst server when i was only rusher on map. Except me, two or three other players moved towards enemy base, when it was clean to move to another section. So, as you jump by your players, and later by enemy players, you see nothing moving, sometimes you see badly hidden camper, but usually not even that. Then suddenly somebody starts to shot at you. Before you die you realize it was 3 people shotting at you, when you dies you see two more.
It wasn't fun, so i made best thing: left the server. I see no reason of kicking whole server. Maybe there are many campers, but probably at least 33% of them had fun. It's ok, since rarely there is more than 50% happy players on server (This is for TDM. On bomb always there is 90+% of happy people). If many good rushers are there, campers and defenders have no chance, which is 33%, and it will come to spawncamp sooner or later (As one team will be advancing and another will be just going back and back. Weaker team's rushers will die surrounded by 5-6 enemies.), so another team will be unhappy, that's 50% unhappy people, lets say there are few happy there, but few defenders unhappy at another team, we get 50% happy people. If there are many "slowly advancing" players, map will come to 3 spots where everybody will be unable to move further, so it will be kinda campy too. Again, i think some 40% will be happy.
So camping is just one of 3 styles of play in my opinion. You have campers (people who sit), rushers (people who run) and slowly advancing players (people who walk). There are stealth players too, but they are rare, and we could put them inside of rushers, since they have to run to other side of map and go back. Fast to end (kill few) and slowly back (kill many).
If you have problems with campers, that means they kill you often, which means you're not good enough. So try better, and once you'll kill all of them. You won't mind them anymore.
