It's not a bad idea. But it needs a little refining. If you make a "SR8 only" happy hour what's going to happen is that the happy hour will finish and people just continue camping. If you have Humpa near...it will be Ban City.
So people will in the end complain, and half of em doesn't even speaks english properly so it might cause even more confusion.
However a "knife only" happy hour will force them to move around and jump like a rabbit on crack.
I had a chance to play a knife only CTF back in the days when i was playing with 95'th rifles clan.
Needles to say the score was 220:140 or something like that and you were lucky if you got any kills, but damn it was the best CTF round i ever played.

@rayne: if u make a knife-only happy hour there wont be that much difference, people who hav knifed 100+ people will run around and all the others still sit scared in a corner..
I'd say we go back to my great idea: make an iq-filter

if some mad genius could make such a thing then it would finally be nice-playing on the tdm..
