there whre a admin in your rows who ban me without reason..
I've only used a Pink for fragging .. okey first i had taken a position, bud than i was realy on the move and the antargonists camped to the spawn... and i was kicked again.. from that debutant.. death of the sun.
Than i had written the sun is brown like shit, what don't can offend some body who names its account "death of the sun" if he isn't a single-celled creature but he'd banned me..
Please let me also use these open surce server and stop appropriating such figures.

You got kicked for camping cause i saw you on the same position 3 times in full snipe without moving. Thats camping for me.

You came back, blocked the fucking doorway at the red spawn while standing there with you psg and not moving. Camp and blocking = kick. Came back, telling i kick for shit = kick for stfu.

We strongly disapprove of racists and just as much about nazis. Thus of course being called a nazi is not quite nice.
There was but one player with "sun" in his name on the server at that time, which was "death of the sun" aka HumppaLakki. So, let's just hypothetically assume you did not want to accuse him of being a nazi/racist. What did you mean by trying to say "the sun is brown like shit"?

You had been banned around noon CEST, judging by your name you're living in Germany, so it was certainly not dawn. So you haven't been talking about the weather. Let's cut the crap, your claims don't match. You were of course referring to him with "sun". So, it does not matter if you tried to call him a piece of shit or a nazi, that is insulting man. And insults do lead to a ban.

Our policy of kicking campers may not always be right and fair. Many people might not like it, but fortunately enough we are not the only server out there. There are plenty of servers available that are not moderated much or not at all, so camping is no problem. Especially if you don't think it is camping, there are many people out there that think alike with you. But it is our server, thus our rules. So either you respect both, our ruleset and our admins, or you need to find a different server. Both parties, you and the admins, would be happier with that, in case you do not wish to agree to these terms.
If you still wish to play on our server, it means we are doing something right with the way we administrate the server. People like it, the server is often full and one of the most populated servers, if not THE most populated UrT server. So we do need some rather strict rules to deal with the sheer amount of douchebags out there. Sometimes small issues like yours, who just got kicked for slight camping, get caught in the line of fire. If there are many idiots online, our patience is rather limited, because we wish to make the server playable as fast as possible so we can get back into the game and play as well.

I said it many times: We moderate the server because we love to play and want everyone to have a good and balanced gaming experience on our server. That includes ourselves. We don't administrate because it is superly funny to be powerful, we only do it to balance the game, kick cheaters and people that obstruct the gameplay - sometimes people that do it without any evil intent - which you might be. Getting pissed and insulting the admin however, is usually not the best choice.

excuse the offtopic but since its relevant - i noticed many times in "i got banned" topics you guys - who have admin rights - to explain your actions with "those are our rules".

well, i just looked around the forum and i could find any rules - at least not in my current condition.

so for better clarity (and greater good) for all parties involved, why not create a page with all the rules and stuff defined, and put big red "RULES" up there with the other links so even a retard cant miss it.
