He probably lives in one of those suburbs. Should be easy to find really, just ask around on the streets, svarox must be well known because he's so fugly he can not walk on the street without getting noticed and freaking the shit out of everybody's pants.
He must be like the 21th version of the hunchback of the Notre-Dame.
