Yep, not cobra, as much as i can see it's not poisonous at all (those have wider head), and cobra has that "shield" around head. Anaconda?

cobra's dont get that long; it has to be a anaconda or something. Longest snake on record is 13 meters and isn't venomous, but a "choking" snake
