I'd say it depends where he lives atm. Unlike some police, Croatian, and i'd say Serbain and Bosnian don't watch over internet what do we do, at least i haven't noticed situations like in pakistan where person was RL arested because of joining another aliance in game...

no, its not a crime at all.
nobody will punish him for such nowhere.
exept his own troups authority, since making fotos is generally not allowed there.
as far as i remember: i had to go to ask boss for remission to take pics...
