I didn't re-watch my own videos, but on toxic just before kick I recall killing enemis that where behind the pipes (the brown tunell in front of blue base) and there another one.

Afair I seen someone killing teammate in right-side of this brown tunel, so when when I jumped into left-side and it was emtpy, it was obvious enemy must be there in right side.

Other then that, with wave respawns at on begining on map, its obvious always someone will be there in the most common choke-points of map

But it was still a bit stupid of you to ignore my advice of letting aimme know that I unbanned you Nevertheless, glad this seems resolved

Aimme: Even though it's a false positive, IMHO you were acting absolutely correct. You specced a long time, used !id, seemed sure and eventually banned him. Then you did the same again after he kept coming back (you didn't know I unbanned him). So you did a good job there!
With our highly moderated server we can never completely avoid false positives, that's what our IRC channel and forums are for

It's unusual that people search contact that fast, we weren't prepared for such communication, usually the people did wait to see their demo and replied then anyways this was sorted out in the end.

And I too second XTJ's words, I prefer a false positive once in a while that can be resolved nicely then 20 wallhacking bastards on our server ;)

Ok, so take my apology, you're lucky that you were unbanned very fast... Guess our tools are better and it's easier to administrate, i remember when i banned salami that he waited few days (!unban didn't work, and we had no tools - he waited for wurst to come...)

But with cheaters you never know (:, none cheater will say he uses hack.... And 24" 1920x1200 explaines things, since i can not see some players on my 17'' 1280x1024.

Can we use IP ban then ? I prefer the opposite, recording a demo, posting and discussing about it, then ban or not the player... "No proof = not guilty" is a good rule IMO =)

Yes you are right. But I think AimMe thought he was sure about this (everybody can make mistakes). And it happens sometimes that demos are posted without ban but with the question "What's your opinion?" Concerning all the bans and demos in the forum I think we are really good about fair banning.

I didn't mean that we should ban anyone and then discuss if they are clean or not, only in cases where you are very sure that the guy is actually cheating, and aimme was sure he got one, that was what I meant, if you just have a strange feeling or smth you ofc post a demo w/o a ban.
Don't turn my words upside down! And there is still a difference between banning suspects and random people!
