The N95 was released in late 2006, so theoretically the picture could be 3.5 years old, but a little less than 3 years is more likely (considering that it's unlikely this was taken right after the release of the N95 and the temperatures do not seem to be those of late autumn/winter, so it's most likely spring or early summer). Nevertheless, seems like a funny gathering.

Well, you can't really see much, but I'm the guy at the drums (right side)
Was a gig in an open air pool. We used to do that once a year. I was taking care of the equipment as well as gigging myself, playing the drums. In total we had 2 bands there, was pretty neat. This one is about a year old.
